Here at The Wood Look we try to keep the returns and refunds process as simple as possible.
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described;
You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if the watch is faulty, damaged or not as described within the standard 1 year warranty provided with all watches. On occasions we may require a photo of the watch in question. Your 1 year warranty starts from the point of delivery as indicated on the tracking number associated with your order.
If the product is NOT faulty, damaged or not as described;
Returns are accepted for any non-engraved watches. We do not accept returns for any engraved watches that are not faulty, damaged or not as described.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please allow 1-2 working days from the point of refund. This is usually indicated by a refund email.
If you’ve waited 1-2 days and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
If a sale item is purchased you are only entitled to the refund amount originally paid and not of its pre-sale value.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace watches if they are defective, damaged or not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com first.
