Return & Refunds

Here at The Wood Look we try to keep the returns and refunds process as simple as possible. 

If you'd like to return your order you can send it to our UK address within 30 days of receipt of goods. If 30 days have passed by since receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The date of receipt will be confirmed on your tracking number. 

Christmas returns 

If ordering between 1st November and 25th December you will get 60 days to return your order subject to the below.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described;

You are entitled to a fully refund if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described within 30 days of receipt of item. On occasions we may require a photo of product in question. We (the supplier) will be liable for all shipping costs of returning the goods back. 

If the product is NOT faulty, damaged or not as described;

Only non-engraved items are eligible for a return, your item must be return unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of receipt. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer will be liable for all shipping costs of returning the order back to us.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a traceable shipping service.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt of order. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment processing company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
If a sale item is purchased you are only entitled to the refund amount originally paid and not of its pre-sale value. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at first.
