Please ensure to choose the correct model and colour before personalising your back plate.
Free UK delivery is available for United Kingdom this includes Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.
Please allow 4-6 working days for your order to be delivered. Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude any public holidays in England.
We ship all orders by Royal Mail 24 (1st Class).
USA, Europe & Rest of World
Please allow up to 15-20 working days for your order to be delivered. We aim to deliver within 10 working days however delays can occur which are out of our control.
Please note the following:
- Return dates are extended for the Christmas period, please read our returns policy for more information.
- Unfortunately we are unable to provide same day dispatch due to the nature of our business.
- We can't be held liable for any tax that may be payable on receipt of your parcel (if purchasing from outside of the UK).

Here at The Wood Look we try to keep the returns and refunds process as simple as possible.
We allow returns on all watches (including personalised) within 30 days of receiving your order, this is calculated by the date shown as delivered on your tracking.
If ordering for Christmas any orders placed between 1st October - 24th December are eligible to be returned by 25th January.
1 Year Warranty
You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if the watch is faulty, damaged or not as described within the standard 1 year warranty provided with all watches. On occasions we may require a photo or video of the watch in question. Your 1 year warranty starts from the point of delivery as indicated on the tracking number associated with your order.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 7 working days for us to process and refund you from the point of receiving your returned order.
Sale itemsIf a sale item is purchased you are only entitled to the refund amount originally paid and not of its pre-sale value.
We only replace watches if they are defective, damaged or not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org first.
We will engrave your order exactly as per the design you create before checkout. We will send you an order confirmation email with the engraving image shown. If there is an issue please get in touch straight away as we may not always be able to amend engravings after an order has been placed. If you have made a mistake engraving and we have already shipped your order we can send a replacement engraving back plate at an additional cost.
1 Year Warranty
We offer 1 year warranty on all of our wooden watches as standard.
If you have a problem with your wooden watch, which is covered by our warranty, we will fix or replace it within 365 days of receipt of goods.
If the exact model is not available for replacement, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty start date is the date of receipt of your watch order, this information is available from your tracking. Warranty is not extended for any replacement models and is valid from the point of receipt of the original watch ordered.
Warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
- Failure or damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents where the wood is damaged or is snapped.
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
- Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
- Battery replacement
Can I get next day delivery?
Unfortunately we are no longer offering next day delivery. Check our our delivery page for more information.

Type your engraving into the box if applicable on the product page.
Do you offer tracking?
We provide confirmation of delivery once attempted.
Can I engrave the box?
Yes, just let us know what you would like engraved and we shall do the rest.

Can I return my order?
If you have changed your mind, you can return any watch for a full refund (including engraved watches). We do not accept returns for other personalised wooden gifts.
