The Santorini wood watch has been designed based on the gorgeous whitewashed towns of the greek island found in the middle of the Aegean Sea.

The watch features a colourful, light frame with a glistening blue dial.

This special watch is unlike any other in our range as its bracelet is made from multiple different wood types (maple, ebony, red sandalwood and ebony). 

Make this an extra special gift by engraving a special message for a loved one, best of all it is completely free.

It is eco-friendly, lightweight and is made from real wood (FSC approved).

Return & Refunds

Here at The Wood Look we try to keep the returns and refunds process as simple as possible. 

Returns

We allow returns on all watches (including personalised) within 30 days of receiving your order, this is calculated by the date shown as delivered on your tracking.

Christmas Holidays

If ordering for Christmas any orders placed between 1st October - 24th December are eligible to be returned by 25th January. 

1 Year Warranty

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if the watch is faulty, damaged or not as described within the standard 1 year warranty provided with all watches. On occasions we may require a photo or video of the watch in question. Your 1 year warranty starts from the point of delivery as indicated on the tracking number associated with your order. 

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 7 working days for us to process and refund you from the point of receiving your returned order.

Sale items

If a sale item is purchased you are only entitled to the refund amount originally paid and not of its pre-sale value. 

Exchanges

We only replace watches if they are defective, damaged or not as described. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thewoodlookgifts.com first.

Engravings

We will engrave your order exactly as per the design you create before checkout. We will send you an order confirmation email with the engraving image shown. If there is an issue please get in touch straight away as we may not always be able to amend engravings after an order has been placed. If you have made a mistake engraving and we have already shipped your order we can send a replacement engraving back plate at an additional cost.

Warranty

1 Year Warranty 

We offer 1 year warranty on all of our wooden watches as standard. 

If you have a problem with your wooden watch, which is covered by our warranty, we will fix or replace it within 365 days of receipt of goods.

If the exact model is not available for replacement, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty start date is the date of receipt of your watch order, this information is available from your tracking. Warranty is not extended for any replacement models and is valid from the point of receipt of the original watch ordered.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • Failure or damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents where the wood is damaged or is snapped. 
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
  • Battery replacement

Can I get next day delivery?

Unfortunately we are no longer offering next day delivery. Check our our delivery page for more information.

How do I engrave a watch?

Type your engraving into the box if applicable on the product page.

Do you offer tracking?

We provide confirmation of delivery once attempted.

Can I engrave the box?

Yes, just let us know what you would like engraved and we shall do the rest.

What warranty is available?

We supply all watches with 1 year warranty as standard for more information please see our warranty page.

Can I return my order?

If you have changed your mind, you can return any watch for a full refund (including engraved watches). We do not accept returns for other personalised wooden gifts.

Faulty Xmas present

Sadly, this item gets 1 star. I bought it back in October, checked that it was all ok and then boxed it for Xmas. It worked for 3 hours then periodically stopped. Hence one dissatisfied and disappointed wife… will be returning for a refund!

Lovely watch difficultly removing links.

Pleased with watch which I bought for my wife she loved it until we tried adjusting links.ok getting them out but trying to replace pins an absolute nightmare pins bending and snapping.resulting in having to take watch to a repairer.
